Every week or so I venture onto AOL's music page that plays full upcoming cd's (like MTV used to do with The Leak...lame that they stopped it! Get it together MTV). I just came across a guy named Elan. I looked for some videos on youtube, but there's nothing current so I'll just describe his sound.
He's almost a mix of Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz with a hint of Bob Sinclair tossed in too.

Here's a video of his from 3 years ago...it's live but still sounds pretty much like he sounds now but less refined I guess.
