Current Listening Pleasures

As you will find out throughout this process, I am obsessed with the entertainment industry.  I love music (all genres...honestly.  Most people will say that, but I can find the beauty in almost any genre).  I'm also obsessed with movies, tv shows, video games and anything else exciting.  Let me preface this with the fact that I LOVE LOVE music from other countries (that sing in English, so I can understand the lyrics lol).  I believe that I am British at heart even though I have never been to England, or anywhere outside of the southern USA for that fact.  

I'm currently re-obsessed with Sia.  I've had her "Some People Have Real Problems" CD for a few years and just purchased "We Are Born" within the past few months.  At first listen, the CD was a departure from the original CD I fell in love with.  After listening a few more times, I grew to love the more upbeat and energetic sound she has grown with as an artist.  Check her out if you are looking for a new sound that ventures from what's currently overplaying on the top 40 stations in the USA http://www.siamusic.net/

Welcome to my new blog.  I have spent more time than I care to share scavenging the web for interesting information without having to read about the personal life of musicians, artists, actors and the like.  This blog will be dedicated to any new information that I find that interests me and hopefully you as well without writing about what someone wore to go to starbucks, or what club they attended the night before.  This is my space to cut out all the bullshit and focus on the work...simple as that :)
